Baga wines are often deeply colored, with firm tannins, high acidity, and intense berry flavors. In addition to reds, Bairrada also produces sparkling wines using the traditional method, known as “Bairrada Espumante,” which offer crisp acidity, fine bubbles, and complex aromatics.
