100% Syrah. Medium-bodied, opulent, fruit-forward Syrah expression with layers of cherry and raspberry plus hints of torrefaction in the background. Vibrant, silky, lifted by good acidity, with ripe tannins and an elegant finish, this makes for a versatile food-pairing wine. Of which red meats, stews and grilled vegetables.
