Manual harvest. Fermentation at 17ºC in stainless steel. It does not undergo malolactic acid nor is it aged in barrels.
Bright yellow colour. Fresh, light and aromatic aroma. Friendly, fruity and light palate. Cheerful and casual wine that will liven up any informal meal.
