Larry Cherubino is one of Australia’s producers who has adopted a hands-off approach to wine making. Cruel Mistress is a natural wine, made in small batches from hand-harvested grapes. It offers aromas of deep red cherries, raspberry with a touch of smoky oak. The palate is juicy and fresh with plenty of fruit and notes of black tea.

This complex red wine has flavours and aromas of raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry, with hints of liquorice and white pepper.

Bright, rich red in colour. On the nose you find perfumed floral notes, backed up by violets with complex spice undertones and hints of fynbos and on the palate, medium-bodied with ripe plums, black currant and a luxurious tannin structure.

A deep cherry colour with violet tints. Nose is intense with aromas of ripe red seasonal fruit (cherries, blackberries, blackcurrant), subtle hints of violets, rosemary and a touch of black pepper.

A lovely Appassimento style wine, where the grapes are dried in wooden crates for about 120 days. The result is a wine with aromas of red and black fruits on the nose with a twist of spice. The palate is rich and intense with black cherry, chocolate and a long spicy finish, smooth and satisfying.

The grapes were hand-picked in small crates and were then sorted before and after destemming. Crushing and fermentation took place in stainless steel tronconic tanks, with gentle pump-overs and ten days of post-fermentation maceration enabling the soft extraction of colour and tannins.

Amarone aristocrato is a rich, bold and very complex wine, albeit elegant and balanced. With intense aromas of jam, raisins and spices.

Aristocratico ripasso in an exceptional red wine obtained from the maceration of the valpolicella wine on the dried grape skins of amarone.

A seriously approachable red with red fruits, fresh black fruits, floral notes and a dry finish full of fruit.

Intense colour with subtle aromas of toasted wood and cocoa along with sweet spices and hints of menthol.

Blackberry, dark cherry and plum, with a touch of spice and toasted oak.

Appealing black fruit aromas and hints of sweet spice lead to juicy plum, raspberry and liquorice characters on the palate. The finish is elegant and poised with ripe tannins.
