TASTING NOTES

With Sangiovese grapes grown on the clayey-sandy slopes of the Rabbi valley, we have produced this quick and pungent wine, with a defined compulsive drink, a tribute to the classicism of this territory.

The Sangiovese grapes of the different clones are harvested together and fermented in blends. Fermentation and subsequent maceration on the skins take place in steel vats at a controlled temperature. The contact of the wine with the skins lasts an average of 18 days; malolactic fermentation follows.
