TASTING NOTES
Yetti & The Kokonut’s first “red wine”. Like with most of the wines, the pair tend to keep it very easygoing and smashable. 5 days skins and pressed to seasoned puncheons. Aged for about 6 months before bottling. Lychee, nashi pear, apricot, quince nose. Just a lot going on. Soft hints off vanilla. Fresh start in mouth, green apple with notes of hay and quince in end palette.
