Made from a blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer, a true field blend! This Riesling dominated blend was picked in the cool of night on the 26th of February 2021 and crushed and pressed as one, the wine was treated pretty simply and had early release written all over it from the juice stage.

Made from Arneis from a small plot in the Whitlands of northern Victoria, on the banks of the mighty Boggy Creek – Arneis being a lovely white grape of north Italian extraction.

9 Is Enough Rosé which we’ve nicknamed “Italian Strawberries & Cream” is made from 100% Primitivo. Grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in open vats with direct press, completely unfiltered and as natural as they come.

Foamy bubbles, beautiful acidity, and super refreshing with notes of blackberry, minerality, and ultimate drinkability.
