Combining honey, nutty and lemon notes, this Sémillon makes a solid dessert wine.

Larry Cherubino is one of Australia’s producers who has adopted a hands-off approach to wine making. Cruel Mistress is a natural wine, made in small batches from hand-harvested grapes. It offers aromas of deep red cherries, raspberry with a touch of smoky oak. The palate is juicy and fresh with plenty of fruit and notes of black tea.

Deep ruby red, crimson tints. The nose is full and lifted, brimming with black plums, complexed with star anise, dark chocolate and soft vanillin oak.

The aroma is characterised by rich dark fruit, such as blackberries and plums, along with a subtle smokey note.

Striking aromas of lemon and peach open up to a palate of tropical stone fruit and lemon. The oak treatment has produced a wine with a wonderful richness and mouthfeel.

Translucent green to slight hints of straw in the glass. On the nose, notes of white blossom, bath salts, and hints of mixed spice with green apple, lemon & lime.
