TASTING NOTES

It is a wine that has made the history of modern Abruzzo wine-making; it is very appreciated by International markets; complex with a superior character; an incredibly pleasant drinking experience with an almost fleshy fruit; a star in its category. Today, thanks to the passion of some producers and winemakers, the Montepulciano D’Abruzzo has emerged to the International limelight as one of the best quality red grapes in the world.

This wine has a ruby red colour with garnet reflections.  It has an intense, persistent, fruity and flowery fragrance with hints of cherry, blackberries and ripe red fruits.  The flavour is well-bodied, tannic and well balanced.
