TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow with golden hints colour. Yellow and white flowers and orchard fruits (pear and apple). Sweet, smooth, fresh and light to the finish.

White Port is produced from white grapes, usually by direct pressing to produce free-run juice. The resulting must ferments at low temperature after decanting to enhance the freshness of its aromas.

May be served with a caramel or vanilla based dessert, enjoyed on its own, as a long drink or as the base for a cocktail.
