TASTING NOTES
This is a blend of Carignan, Grenache and Caladoc (a cross between Malbec and Grenache) from the Rhone Valley. On the nose there is plenty of dark spices, plum, cherry and black pepper. The palate as plenty of raspberry and some meaty notes that make it perfect to pair with a lamb stew.
