This is exactly what we look for in a good Picpoul. Bone dry, mouthwatering acidity, fresh, citrussy & impossible not to enjoy. There’s a hint of elderflower and grapefruit, even an subtle hit of lychee supporting the lemony citrus core that gives it such a vivacious zing. Like the flowerbuds opening up in spring, this is a wine that wakes up your palate and leaves you wanting more.
