TASTING NOTES

A deliciously grassy, fragrant, dry white wine from Chile.
The Sauvignon Blanc that this wine is produced from, is grown in three excellent vineyard sites. The proximity to the Pacific Ocean allows the grapes to ripen slowly, this results in grapes full of citrus flavours and fresh aromatics. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the crunchy bright fruit from the vineyard. A couple of months on its lees adds texture and depth to the wine.
