t is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels before release. On the nose heady notes of cedar, bacon fat, and graphite with just a hint of fresh lavender.

The Casas Del Bosque Chardonnay Reserva is pale straw in colour. On the nose fresh aromas reminiscent of quince and pineapple combine with notes of grilled nuts and vanilla.

Intense aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit  with some floral nuances behind. In the mouth the wine is crisp and refreshing, with clean citrussy flavours and mineral acidity.

Subtle warm banana, dried apricot with honey and toasted almonds offset with refreshing minerality.

A smooth rounded palate with sweet plums tones and subtle vanilla and bitter chocolate flavours. Full-bodied, with creamy hint of oak, and has a velvety smooth but lingering finish.

An aromatic nose of cherries, blueberries and spices. Medium-bodied with soft tannins and hints of pink pepper and coffee beans.
