Aristocratico amarone is born from a long and traditional process, in which the most beautiful and healthy bunches are harvested by hand, placed in boxes and left to dry in fruit cellars. For two months the must is left to ferment in contact with the skins, before moving into oak barrels for refinement, which will last two years.
