Jordan Barrel Fermented Chardonnay is a premium wine that is made with the finest Chardonnay grapes. The winemakers at Jordan use a unique method to produce this wine that involves fermenting the juice in small oak barrels, giving it a rich, creamy texture and an unmistakable flavor that is both elegant and complex. This wine is aged in the same oak barrels for several months to produce a subtle vanilla and spiced pear aroma, with hints of sweet meyer lemon, honeydew melon, and a touch of pistachio. A variety of Chardonnay clones planted on different slopes and harvested at different ripeness levels and all of it fermented and matured in French oak barrels.
