Made in a modern urban winery in Angers by Pauline Lair, this has the bouncing vitality and infectious drinkability you find in the most joyous of Gamays.
From a small plot in Marcilly-Le-Chatêl in the Côtes du Forez, the soils granite on volcanic rocks, farmed organically (third year of conversion to certification).
Wild fermented and unfiltered, it’s at turns soft and at turns dense, brightly fruited and richly mineral. A beautiful triumph.
