TASTING NOTES
Hand selected Viura grapes are fermented in New French Oak barrels for 25 days, then left to mature for a further 8 months in barrel. The wine is then bottle aged for a minimum of 18 months.
Voluptious yet delicate blend of citrus fruits and toasted spices. A memorable wine.
