Ageing potential : 2 to 3 years, 5 years – Serving : To be served between 10°C and 12°C To be enjoyed with white Meat, shellfish, fish sauce, ham, chicken, cheese, such as Epoisses, Langres.

Robert Goulley is a small family run property based in Chablis at the northern limit of Burgundy. The estate has been handed down generation to generation since the 1960’s, and they focus on sustainable farming practices with respect to nature and their land.
