TASTING NOTES
Beautiful deep red colour, with the aroma of ripe berries, notes of mountain roses and spices with subtle floral hints. Very pleasant tannins and longer than an usual end of mouth.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with a small capacity under a constant temperature of 28 ℃.
Ideal to combine with roasted meat dishes (for example from the BBQ), Mediterranean spiced meats or cheeses with intense spicy flavours.
