TASTING NOTES

Beautiful citrus yellow colour. The nose is complex, with tropical fruit notes and citrus freshness. This wine in the mouth reveals good body and balance, with a balanced structure and a vibrant acidity typical of the Douro wines.

100% manual harvesting, for boxes with an average capacity of 800 kg. Destemming and crushing, direct pressing, 24 hours of decanting, use of selected yeasts; alcoholic fermentation for a minimum of 15 days with temperature control between 12 and 14 degrees.

Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
