TASTING NOTES

The collection of the different grape varieties takes place exclusively by hand and at different times according to the different degrees of ripeness.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. During this phase the reassembly alternates with the “delestages”.
Refined in oak barrels.
Ruby red with good intensity.   The floral notes of violet and  iris are combined with the fruity notes of raspberry and cherry, followed by a pleasant spicy note.
Lively and  harmonious at the same time. Good structure and aromatic persistence.
