TASTING NOTES

A vibrant and fruity rose, full of fresh red berry flavours and green herbaceous notes.
This wine comes from the Southern Rhone and is made from 3 red grape varieties, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. This rose was produced in the tradition method, which involves gentle pressing and vinification at cool temperatures. These processes allow the winemaker to extract as much aroma, flavour and colour from the red grapes whilst avoid too many tannins getting into the wine. This is a warmer climate style rose, full of vibrant, full flavoured fruit like redcurrants and strawberries and a hint of wildflower characters.
