Made from a blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer, a true field blend! This Riesling dominated blend was picked in the cool of night on the 26th of February 2021 and crushed and pressed as one, the wine was treated pretty simply and had early release written all over it from the juice stage.

This wine full of savoury, nutty characters, coupled with kaffir lime and blossom notes over the top. Beautifully crisp and dry with plenty of prescence and drive.

On the nose, lush fruits of blackberry and blackcurrant with plum, clove and vanilla

Pale lemon in colour. Fresh fruits on the bouquet depict hints of nectarine, peach and orange blossom with rich vanilla oak and a touch of spice.

This Durif displays aromas of Mulberry and Blueberry fruits backed by oak, exhibiting vanilla and coconut with hints of spice.
