TASTING NOTES
The grapes for this wine are hand harvested from select plots in the Veneto region, before undergoing a gentle pressing and cool fermentation. The wine then spends 4-5 months on it's fine lees before bottling. Light and refreshing as any Pinot worth its salt should be. Textured feel and extra ripeness come through thanks to the high quality raw material and lees age, wines of this type rarely get to see.
