TASTING NOTES

Golden yellow colour and has a very intense aroma dominated by the noble oxidation of aging in wood. Aroma with notes of orange compote, floral notes characteristic of the grape variety, exotic wood and nuts characteristic of aging. Its maturation in wood has made wine more complex, increasing its wealth and nobility. In the mouth is a wine with a good balance between acidity and sweetness, full bodied and with good structure. Persistent, long and delicate at the end of the mouth.

36 months aging in barrels of 500L of French oak, where it was then stabilized and bottled.

Good with chilli and hot spicy foods.
