1831 Blue Gin

Juniper, clove, cinnamon and other botanicals are macerated for weeks into three times distilled grain alcohol and subsequently distilled in XIX century copper stills. The final formulation is finished with purified water. Lots of juniper dominant notes, citrus fruits (bitter orange), long aftertaste with herbal notes. A simply stunning real blue gin.

Pair with Double Dutch Indian tonic and an apple wedge. Or pair with Double Dutch Cucumber and Watermelon and a cucumber slice.
