Lovingly distilled and hand bottled at Bath distillery, located just a short walk from our Canary Gin Bar in the heart of Bath.

The stunningly beautiful and unique bottle design pulls it’s inspiration from the mischievous character ‘Virginia Gin Austin’. The illustrative landscape show Virginia surrounded by her travels for seeking the best ingredients as well as a nod to her roots in the City of Bath.

This stunning English Sparkling Wine is full of orchard fruits – apple and pear – and a biscuity bite, super fresh and moreish. The use of oak barrels and time on lees – 28 months -provide this wine with depth and complexity.

Punchy citrus up front gives way to malty sweetness, lasting juniper and an earthy, peppery finish.

Exquisitely Engineered 6 O’clock Gin Brunel is an export strength expression of our classic London Dry gin.

Rich honey and mango flavours lead into notes of pink pepper, black pepper and cassia adding a warming spice. Plenty of fresh grapefruit peel lends the gin a subtle dryness while the honey and vanilla gives a sweet finish.

This dry gin combines Macedonian juniper with local elderberries, samphire and gorse flowers

Like Sloe gin, our Damson is hand made in the traditional way; in small batches, using hand-picked British damsons and a moderate amount of sugar.

The Darling of the North. Dandelion and Burdock is a favourite flavour combination. We’ve taken the earthy flavours of the roots of these botanicals and distilled them with locally foraged heather, honeybush to add a floral lift and cola nut and almond to bind the flavours with orris root to add length. A classic dry gin when served with tonic water, but if you’re after that old school northern fish and chip shop Dandelion and Burdock serve with ginger ale / or D&B soda.

Squid Ink is such a powerful ingredient that only a minimal amount is needed both for the distilling and colour or infusion of the gin. Vanilla was added to the base of the recipe to give a well rounded mouthfeel and perceived sweetness , coupled with sea buckthorn for a tart, fresh fruit finish.

A refreshing 2021-vintage Kentish wine from Folc, made with a blend of seven different grape varieties – Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Bacchus, Reichensteiner, Schonburger and Dornfelder – all sourced from family-run English vineyards. With notes of wild raspberries, elderflower, pink grapefruit, strawberries and cream throughout the palate, this wine pairs well with salads, berry-based desserts or tiramisu.
