From the nutrient-rich clay soils of Miniș, Romania comes this Rosé Cuvée of Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Natural yeast fermentation in stainless steel yields a brightly coloured Rosé brimming with fresh flavours like ripe cherry, wild strawberry, and crunchy apple - plus a hint of spice in its long, juicy finish. This is a versatile Rosé that will pair with a variety of dishes like fresh salads, seafood risotto, and grilled salmon.
