Hand harvest in small boxes, de stemmed, gently pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel to ensure the delicate flavour are optimised. Reveleste has an abundance of lemon zest and crisp granny smith apple aromas jumping out of the glass. The palate is well balanced with citrus fruit, mineral notes and a subtle salinity enticing you in for another sip.
