TASTING NOTES
The G.O.A.T of Natural Wine? La Geiss which means “Goat” in Alsatian has its name due to the parcel being up a pretty much vertical slope, so steep up until recently Goats were the only thing able to maintain it.
100% Pinot Noir that undergoes 2 weeks on skins with stems removed giving a richer structure to the wine whilst maintaining that moreish Pinot Noir vibe we know and love. Super Juicy, big boy redcurrant, and cranberry notes all finished off with another visually incredible label by local tattoo artist ‘Gypsy King’. Love Pinot Noir or in fact any juicy Glou-Glou esq wine, this ones for you!
