Delicious with a capital D. Strawberry and delicate red fruits with a minty, herbaceous tendril on the finish. Serious rose made from a grape that doesn't need to be mucked about to make it so tastes and feels effortlessly Sicilian.
All stainless steel feremnt with skin contact in the press for just a very few hours to extract some of the lovely ripe flavours from the skins of the organic 100% Frappato grapes.
