TASTING NOTES
A small compartment goes through thermo-vinification in order to support the fruity aromas. Most of the grapes are destemmed and sent to maceration for about six weeks. This long process is ideal to extract the character of the variety and to get a good structure with supple tannins. Deep dark red in color. Beautiful flavors of dark fruits, amplified with hints of cocoa and subtle rosemary. Medium bodied and wonderfully harmonic with round and juicy mouthfeel.
