The Pineapple Passion yeast will impart tropical fruit aromas, with prominent notes of pineapple and passion fruit.
This dry hopping with Bru-1 and Elani should add layers of juicy pineapple, guava, lime, white peach. And orange zest. On the palate, you’ll get a burst of tropical fruit flavours. The Bru-1 hops will contribute a sweet, pineapple-like flavor, while the Elani hops will add complexity with notes of guava, lime, white peach, and a hint of citrus zest. He yeast will enhance these fruity flavors, making the beer taste like a tropical fruit salad.
