TASTING NOTES
A light colored wine with an exciting bouquet. The taste is crisp and fresh with notes of gooseberries and lime. Culinary widely applicable. Serve as an aperitif or with a light meal with fish or white meat. Also very suitable with salads. A climate with influences from both the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. This results in warm summers and fairly mild winters. The soil is alluvial and consists mainly of sand and clay. After a soft pressing and cool fermentation that takes about three weeks, maturation takes place on the lie (yeast depot) for several months. Then the wine is bottled. This wine has a high drinkability due to the pleasantly low alcohol percentage of 11.5%.
