An organic Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand winemaking power couple Erica and Kim, this punchy white has flavours of tropical fruit, peaches and fresh basil, backed by refreshing acidity and a decent boozy kick.
A selection of the grapes are hand picked, with each parcel undergoing different winemaking methods before the very best are selected for the final wine blend.
