TASTING NOTES
Bright yellow straw colour. A delicate, pungent aroma, with hints of yeast and fresh bread dough. Notes of almonds from the ageing under the layer of yeast. Very dry, with smoothly bitter flavours, notes of almond and dried nuts. Persistent. Serve very cold between 7 – 9 celsius.
