TASTING NOTES
Light citrus coloured, with an intensive mineral and fine fruity, lightly vanilla notes. In the mouth it is persistent, fresh, elegant and it has an excellent structure between the minerals and the fruits.
Transport in 20 kg boxes, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats below 24ºC. Aging in stainless steel vats and in French oak barrels where it stays for 6 months.
