A 100% chardonnay sparkling wine from Babylonstoren in South Africa, this vibrant bubbly is made in the Méthode Cap Classique - the traditional French method of the Champagne region - ensuring an fine, elegant mousse. The chardonnay grapes are carefully selected from a variety of different vineyards in the Franschhoek area to ensure a wine that is fruity, crisp and well-balanced, with a soft acidity and beautiful minerality. Delicious popped now or in years to come.
