Bodegas José Pariente’s main product is its young Verdejo, which is among the best in the D.O. Rueda every year. The latest vintage is now here: José Pariente Verdejo 2022, a wine that fully represents the variety, with prominent aromas of fresh fruit (especially citrus) and balsamic notes (aniseed and mint). It was grown on vines planted between 1962 and 1991 that are owned by the winery and old vines belonging to small grape growers, and was designed to reflect the identity of the region and its different soils.
