TASTING NOTES
The Cortese grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Gavi region, with limestone-clay soils. Grapes are hand harvested typically in the last week of September. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Appealing aromas of citrus fruit and white flower with a touch of white spice. The palate has more citrus characters with hints of orchard and stone fruits. Crisp, refreshing acidity balances underlying minerality.
