TASTING NOTES
Elegant, full nose with citrus notes. Delightfully full in the mouth with the complexity that comes from using natural yeasts. Mineral notes derived from the silex/flinty soil. A Sancerre of real character that reflects the "silex" (flint) nature of the vineyard. Delicious on its own. A great accompaniment for fish or white meat in a creamy sauce and mild goats cheese.
