Marfil Alella Ona Rosat Brut Nature 2017

Pale copper color with salmon reflections, very attractive and elegant. The nose presents very clean and delicate aromas of red fruit (cherry, strawberry, raspberry), citrus, fresh grass. In the mouth the bubble is crisp, well integrated into the wine, refreshing and accentuating all the characteristics of the product. Black Grenache demonstrates good foamability and therefore great aging capacity with its own lees in the bottle. There is a well-present structure and a creamy touch originating from aging on lees. The flavors are fresh and pleasant with white and red fruit, with a mellow and long finish. Its pairing is very similar to that of a white wine. The grapes come from our own vineyards where we work in an ecological way (no herbicides, no insecticides, no inorganic fertilizers). In the winery, work is done with minimal intervention and with minimal doses of sulphur, and responsible persons who ensure the correct evolution of the wine and the food safety of the consumers. Made with Grenache black. It comes from mountain vineyards of the Rials Valley (Alella). The second fermentation has been carried out in the bottle (traditional method), the residual sugar itself has been used (stopping the first fermentation with cold) to carry out the second fermentation in the bottle, therefore no sucrose has been added as it is common in these types of products. It is aged for at least 12 months, although it has been designed to withstand long stays in the bottle before disgorging. Alella Vinícola is the winery that has made Alella famous since 1906 through its wines, promoting the creation of the Alella Denomination of Origin during the 1950s. We currently produce, elaborate and bottle wines and cavas under two Denominations of Origin: D.O. ALELLA and D.O. DIG. Most of the vineyards and the winery are located in the center of the town of Alella, in the heart of the Denomination of Origin, 15 kilometers north of Barcelona.
