TASTING NOTES
A wide selection of grapes is used to obtain a young wine with structure, smooth tannins and deep colour. De-stemming, crushing and cold maceration with 24 hours of skin contact. Fermented for 7 days at around 25ºC. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Aromas of red fruit with hints of liquorice mixed with the essence of the Uruneuela soils, highlights its spicy potential as it matures in the cellar. Elegant and nuanced.
