TASTING NOTES
The grapes were harvested manually, having fermented slowly. Partial ageing in used barrels for 10 months. The result is a wine that excels in elegance and complexity. Notes of cherry, cocoa and a fine freshness vegetable. Great elegance and delicacy, with fine silky tines.
