The aromatic exuberance of one, with its tones of red and black fruits, appear tempered by the fineness and freshness of the other variety, with its soft aromas, which highlight black cherry and dark chocolate, pepper and a refreshing minerality. Elegance and harmony are two striking characteristics, which appear evident in the mouth, where the freshness and quality of the soft tannins contribute to a whole, admittedly clandestine in this region, but owing to its identity!
