This elegant Syrah is dedicated to our Old Man - father, mentor, and one of Barossa's winemaking pioneers. This bright, perfumed Syrah has lifted violet, black cherry and raspberries. The palate is elegant with plum, red berries, and spice. A unique wine with soft velvety tannins driven by lingering acidity. The perfect example of that more elegant style wine that Eden Valley produces.
