TASTING NOTES
Their premium gin, with a nod to the Somerset Levels, The Leveller is slightly more fragrant, but like our London Dry, crisp and clean.
A rounded spirit, made in the same style as its cousin with a concerted effort to utilise the alcohols found in the distilling process, The Leveller encapsulates all that is good in a premium gin.
From the first slurp to the last, you'll notice the botanical oils linger and at 43% ABV, the slightest suggestion of the grain spirit.
