TASTING NOTES
The London Dry Gin was carefully conceived by their little development still over time. It's juniper led, fresh, clean and balanced and 40% ABV.
With the emphasis on less is more, they use a handful of botanicals, including angelica, bitter orange and star anise to keep the spirit crisp.
You will have your own preference on what to serve with our London Dry, but try it with a simple tonic water first, to fully appreciate its flavours.
We have enjoyed it with frozen grapefruit, cucumber, lime and the ubiquitous lemon and it's also pretty good in cocktails!
