The Rizzardi family carefully source the Glera grapes that go into this Prosecco from their trusted partner growers with vineyards on cooler hillside sites around the town of Soligo. Planted on clay and limestone soils, these vines yield grapes with plenty of freshness to balance the generous fruity aromas and flavours. Following the harvest the grapes are vinified using the charmat method and then matured in stainless steel vats before they are bottled and released.
